Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ayhan Şentürk, Türkiye ("we", "us"), the developer of the ourRegla app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you download the app from Google Play or the App Store, their terms also apply to your use of the store.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to create an account, use Partner mode or buy Premium. Flirty sticker packs are intended for adults only. Minors may use ourRegla only through a daughter profile created and managed by a parent or legal guardian on the guardian's device; the guardian is responsible for that use.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide an email address you control. You can delete your account at any time in the app or as described on our deletion page.

5. Your data stays on your device

Your cycle, symptom and profile data is stored locally on your device and not on our servers. This protects your privacy, but it also means we cannot back up or restore that data. Losing, resetting or replacing your phone, uninstalling the app, or deleting your account may permanently erase it. You are responsible for your device and its security.

6. Partner mode

• Partner mode lets you share selected cycle information, a sharing purpose (trying to conceive, avoiding, or neutral) and stickers with one partner. It is an observer view and sticker exchange, not a messaging service.
• You decide what to share and can stop sharing or disconnect at any time. Share only with someone you trust; information already delivered to your partner's device cannot be recalled.
• Do not invite anyone without their agreement, and do not use Partner mode to monitor, pressure or control another person.
• Sharing is end-to-end encrypted. Delivery depends on network connectivity and third-party services and is not guaranteed to be instantaneous.

7. Premium subscriptions

• Premium unlocks the Flirty rich style: its sticker pack and flirty-rich wording for partner reminder notifications. Partner mode itself is free.
• Plans: $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year (US prices; the store shows the price in your currency including applicable taxes). The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal in your store account settings. If you do not cancel during the free trial, the yearly subscription begins and is charged when the trial ends.
• Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in your store account.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their policies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.
• We may change prices for future periods; the store will inform you in advance as required.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, reverse engineer or disrupt the app or its infrastructure except as permitted by law; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; use the app for unlawful, harassing or abusive purposes; or share flirty content with minors or anyone who does not want it.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its design, mascots, stickers and content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the store terms.

10. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep ourRegla reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free of errors. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these Terms we will notify you in the app; continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for decisions made based on predictions in the app, for unintended pregnancy, or for loss of data stored on your device. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring claims before the competent consumer courts or consumer arbitration committees where you live.
